Each subscription purchased through Flixova TV is strictly valid for use on a single, assigned device. Attempting to use the same subscription on multiple devices—either at the same time or by frequently switching between devices—is not supported and may lead to performance issues such as buffering or freezing. Please note that Flixova TV is not responsible for any service disruption resulting from unauthorized or unsupported device usage.
Streaming Performance Disclaimer
As with all internet-based services, occasional buffering, freezing, or service interruptions may occur. These issues are often caused by external factors such as network congestion, ISP throttling, or third-party server issues. Please note that such interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
Content & Service Availability
Our channel lineup, VOD content, and server structure may change periodically to maintain optimal service performance. Flixova TV does not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, feature, or content at any given time. Changes may occur without prior notice due to system upgrades or server maintenance.
Account Activation Policy
At Flixova TV, we follow a “First Login, Then Pay” policy. Upon contacting our team, you will receive your IPTV login credentials to test the service. Only after successful login and satisfaction will payment be requested. Credentials are typically delivered within one business day.
Customer Responsibility Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience, customers are responsible for the following:

Device Limitation Notice
Each connection is locked to one reserved device. Attempting to access the same subscription on multiple devices will be viewed as a violation of our usage policy and may result in the cancellation of your subscription without notice.
Compatibility & Third-Party Apps Disclaimer
Flixova TV is not responsible for the performance or compatibility of third-party IPTV apps or devices. If the service does not function correctly on a specific app or platform, this is not considered valid grounds for a refund.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or allow it to expire at any time — no advance notice or cancellation fee is required.
If you request a pause, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not carry forward. We do not freeze or extend active days unless explicitly approved in writing.
